Women Leaders Delegation @ Web Summit Lisbon
The Exploration Journey | 8–11 November 2026 | Lisbon
Don't just attend Web Summit. Navigate it with the right people.
Join a curated delegation of max. 10 women leaders and experience Web Summit Lisbon together — with selected side events, curated networking and access to Lisbon's innovation ecosystem.
Hosted by Begonia Vazquez Merayo, Founder and Managing Director of Why Consult powering net4tec and Web Summit Women in Tech Global Ambassador.
Instead of arriving among thousands of participants and figuring out where to go, who to meet and which events matter, you arrive with a group, a network and a curated agenda.
CONTEXT
Technology, AI and new business models are changing how we work, lead and build companies. At the same time, access to the right ecosystems, networks and decision-makers is becoming increasingly important.
Web Summit brings thousands of people, ideas and opportunities to Lisbon. But being there is not the same as accessing the right conversations, people and ecosystems.
We bring together a selected group of female founders, entrepreneurs, executives and experts to explore Lisbon’s innovation ecosystem, navigate Web Summit with purpose and build connections that can continue far beyond these four days.
Connect. Explore. Learn. Grow. Create Impact.
YOUR JOURNEY
The Exploration Journey starts before the official Web Summit programme and combines the conference with selected networking and ecosystem experiences.
SUNDAY, 8 NOVEMBER | ARRIVE & CONNECT

WHAT YOU GET
This is more than a conference ticket or another networking event.
You get:
→ Your Web Summit Women in Tech ticket
→ A curated delegation of max. 10 women instead of navigating Web Summit alone
→ A hosted Networking Dinner, including 3-course menu and all drinks
→ Curated access to relevant side events and ecosystem gatherings
→ Introductions to selected people from the Lisbon, DACH and European innovation ecosystem
→ Orientation and recommendations around Web Summit
→ A peer group of founders, executives and experts to exchange opportunities, contacts and learnings
→ Community before, during and beyond Lisbon
This is not simply a conference ticket. It is a curated way to experience Web Summit, Lisbon and the people around it.
ALREADY HAVE YOUR WEB SUMMIT TICKET?
Great — your ticket doesn't have to go to waste.
As the Women in Tech ticket is already included in the Exploration Journey, you have different options:
→ Sponsor a student and give her the opportunity to experience Web Summit
→ Offer a scholarship to another woman who otherwise might not be able to attend
→ Or talk to Begonia about your existing ticket, so we can explore an individual adjustment to your Exploration Journey fee
We want your existing ticket to create value rather than become a barrier to joining the delegation.
WHO SHOULD JOIN?
For female founders, executives, entrepreneurs, investors and technology leaders who want to use Web Summit strategically — to build relationships, explore opportunities and understand what is shaping Europe's technology and innovation landscape.
You don't need more business cards. You need the right conversations.
WHAT WILL YOU TAKE HOME?
We will explore three questions throughout the journey:
Where are the real opportunities?
Which technologies, companies and ecosystems deserve your attention now?
Who should be in your network?
Which founders, investors, executives and ecosystem players could become relevant for your next step?
What will you do differently after Lisbon?
Translate inspiration into concrete relationships, opportunities and actions.
LIMITED TO 10 PARTICIPANTS
We intentionally keep the delegation small. The value comes from the quality of the group, personal exchange and our ability to create meaningful connections.
Maximum: 10 women.
