East Mirage III - Asian Horror Story

East Mirage Chapter 3: Asian Horror Stories

It’s time! Witness iconic Asian horror entities stepping out of comic books, movies and ancient legends into reality, brought to life on stage: Sadako (Samara) crawling from the well, the haunting immortal beauty Tomie, Nie Xiaoqian from Liaozhai, iconic Whispering Corridors Series from South Korea, and Thailand’s legendary ghost Mae Nak… We dive into authentic Chinese folk horror rooted in Shan Hai Jing and Liaozhai, alongside shamanic spirit rituals from China, Korea and Thailand.

This cross-Asian horror journey weaves eerie folklore, vengeful spirits and haunting seance ceremonies into one continuous immersive performance.

Our featured special guest Ashe Keroza steps out of the bingo room and adds extra flavour to the whole experience while keeping the narrative focused on these Asian horror visions. Come fall into our mirage for this fully realised cross-Asian supernatural Halloween show. Exclusively at Drama Bar!

p.s. Come dressed as your favorite Asian horror character. The best look of the night will receive a special gift all the way from Asia.
