Join Arminda Ferreira, yoga teacher, and Derrick Mund, poet and creative writing professor, for an immersive afternoon of movement, mythology and language.
Here we will explore the narratives behind each posture, the asana itself, and the parallels found within a curation of poems, engaging the limbic system in a new somatic space.
