It is with great joy that we welcome Isa Guitana to Sukharma for a special gathering dedicated to conscious practice, connection with the body, and inner transformation.

With over 25 years of experience teaching Ashtanga Yoga, Isa brings a unique approach that combines the wisdom of tradition with a sensitive, intuitive, and therapeutic understanding of the body.

This gathering is an invitation to explore yoga beyond its physical form, cultivating awareness, presence, and a deeper connection with ourselves.

ASHTANGA YOGA MASTER CLASS

A practice open to everyone, regardless of experience.

If you already practise Ashtanga Yoga, particularly in the Mysore tradition, this is an opportunity to deepen your practice through Isa's individual guidance and hands-on adjustments.

If you are completely new to Ashtanga Yoga, you are equally welcome. Each person will be guided according to their own body, experience, and individual needs, respecting their rhythm and possibilities.

Isa is especially known for the sensitivity and depth of her hands-on adjustments. Her therapeutic approach creates space within the body to explore new possibilities of movement, release physical tension, and develop a deeper sense of body awareness.

BHAKTI YOGA NIDRA

After movement comes stillness.

Through Bhakti Yoga Nidra, we will enter a state of deep relaxation, surrender, and inner connection, allowing the body to rest and the experience of the practice to settle and integrate.

To close our gathering, we will come together for a moment of reflection, intuition, and sharing.
