Slow down and reconnect

Take a break from your week at TEJÁ House, a creative space in the heart of Lisbon where art, movement, and community come together. One hour to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Through gentle, long-held Yin postures, you’ll ease physical tension and make space for accumulated stress and emotions to settle. The session closes with a soothing sound bath to support deep relaxation, letting go, and inner awareness.
