We will explore the market where you will be free to talk to the vendors, taste samples and even make purchases before we finally land at the vegetable stand. This will be our jump off point for a relaxed round-table discussion over a small picnic.

Be curious. Ask about the greens you've never tried, or ones you didn't know existed. There's no obligation to buy, but if something catches your eye, take it home and give it a chance in your own kitchen.

WHO AM I? My name is Kimberly. A person who became a chef simply because I love to eat. I also like to share what I have learned during my career as a chef in Sweden and Denmark leaning heavily on wholesome comfort food. Now I am in Lisbon still making comfort food for the people.

WHO ARE YOU? Curious! But if grocery shopping gives you a twinge of anxiety or you think you are out of ideas this is especially for you. You are my favorite student.

WHAT TO EXPECT: We meet in front of the fountain at the market location at 18:30. Then have a look at what there is on offer. You can speak to the vendors, enjoy a few samples, before we give our attention to the vegetable stand. This is your chance to let your curiosity get the best of you. To finish off we sit down for a round table where we think up recipes, talk about nutrition and everything food.

SNACKS: I will also have a sample or two to taste to help inspire your culinary creativity.
